Executive coaching is primarily targeted to leaders and talents within an organisation, whereas Business coaching emphasises entrepreneurial, family enterprise and corporate governance themes. Career coaching fits at large. Mentoring services are provided on an ad-hoc basis. Wedgebloom does not provide Life coaching services.

We are also certified NBI® (Neethling Brain Instruments) consultants, licensed to administer the NBI™ Thinking Preference Assessments, a widely acknowledged suite of neuroscience-based brain profiling exercises, developed by Dr. Kobus Neethling, a world-renowned scholar and practitioner in the area of creativity thinking and learning.
On a stand-alone basis, NBI® Assessments can be used as an individual or team profiling tool, for personal or organisational purposes. In coaching engagements, NBI® Assessments are powerful instruments to collect insights, build awareness, identify development needs and leverage potential performance.
The NBI™ General Adult Assessment is the core instrument. Additionally, there are multiple specific categories of assessments (leadership, teaching, job, parenting, sports, creativity, wealth, etc) that can replace or complement the core one, according to the objectives aimed at.
